Magnets and Health
... a little History

PLATO (429 - 347 BC) and ARISTOTLE (384 - 322 BC) had already noticed the beneficial properties of magnets.

CLEOPATRA (69-30 BC) wore a magnet on her forehead as a means of preserving her beauty.

PARACELSUS (1493 - 1541), the father of holistic medicine, wrote a number of essays about magnets.

In 1843, EYDAM published the first essay on
"The application of a magnetic field on the human body for therapeutic purposes".

 Magnets and Health
... A lot of Science

Between 1958 and 1960, Doctor NAKAGAWA published the results of his research on frozen shoulder relief by the use of magnetised bracelets. His research also brought to light the existence of a

"Magnetic field deficiency syndrome".

Man is influenced by the Earth's magnetic field. In fact, astronauts who had experienced weightlessness suffered certain diseases like osteoporosis. This was due to the magnetic field becoming too faint. NASA solved this problem by fitting artificial magnetic fields into its rockets, thus trying to reproduce the magnetic conditions we benefit from on Earth.

Today, throughout the world, many practising doctors are successfully using magnets and their analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties which relieve in muscles and joints pain.

Magnets are easy to put in place and anybody can use them at home.
