PRICE and PAYMENT

| For EU countries (excluding
France) and countries outside the EU, prices are indicated in
Euros, before Tax and not including Postage. Please send payment
with your order, by bank cheque (Euros) or international postal
transfer (Euros). |

DELIVERY
|
The maximum delivery
time expected is 10 working days within the EU and 20 working
days outside the EU, from order validation. Transport is at receiver's
risk so we strongly encourage you to check the packages upon reception
and, if possible, to do so in the presence of the postman.
Delivery will be at the address indicated in your order. If you
are not present at the time the parcel is delivered, the postal
services will notify you that the parcel is available for collection.
We will not accept returned parcels we will no exchange products
after the legal delay expires. (see conditions below) |

RETRACTING
|
| In conformity with article
L.121-16 of consumer law, buyers have 7 days from the date of
delivery to return the ordered goods for an exchange or reimbursement,
postage paid by the client. Buyers must return the goods in the
original packaging. |

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
|
| In the case of a hidden defect,
Bérus will reimburse you with a voucher equal to the value
of the order, excluding postage, or will replace the product if
you wish, at the latest 15 days after delivery. For that you will
have to return the products in their original packaging and within
7 days following delivery. |

JURISDICTION
|
| In the case of litigation
or dispute, as well as in defendant plurality or activation of
guarantees, disagreements will be settled by the Court of CAHORS
(France) |
